HCM ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT 75% TRAVEL NO THIRD PARTY RESUMES FULLTIME Major Professional services firm is seeking a HCM Associate consultant to plan and implement Peoplesoft Financials and human capital management software. Will work with a Project manager as well as other team members throughout the entire implementation life cycle, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post production support. Responsibilities: Software configuration Identification of business process modifications. Design document creation. Test script identification/execution. End user training development and execution. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients. Develop work plans. Write basic reports with minimal supervision. Provide support in the presentation of recommendations and deliverables. Requirements: Experience with Peoplesoft Financials (v. 7.5, 8.0, 8.4, 8.8, 8.9, 9.0) and PeopleSoft Human Capital management. PeopleSoft grants experience (v. 8.4 or higher) First hand experience with at least two of the following modules: Grants, Projects, contracts, billing and accounts receivable modules. Experience as a functional application specialist. Prefer someone out of the public sector. 75% travel required M-Th
