SAS Migration Specialist: Contract: Financial Services Background: A financial services firm with offices in Leeds have asked me to identify a SAS Migration specialist for a 4 month contract to support a key greenfield project they are undergoing for their core database systems. The role of the SAS Migration specialist will be to take part in a greenfield project for new systems upgrades that are core to the database platform that underpins the core Financial & Marketing analytics across the business. They are looking for an individual who thrives in nitty-gritty hands-on delivery work for both systems upgrades and migration and who has had a track record in this area. Profile: Suitable individuals will be tech-savvy individuals who have kept upto date with the latest emerging technologies within the SAS Suite of products and should include the following: -Experience of working on key migration projects within database of business intelligence platforms where SAS is core (e.g. SAS 9.1 to SAS 9.2) -Core SAS expertise in development, production and migration/upgrade projects (SAS Enterprise, SAS BASE) -Excellent awareness or grounding in the Marketing Automation Suite in SAS (MAP Studio, Web Report studio, DI Studio etc).
