Project Administrator - MS Project
Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Project Administrator who is able to demonstrate a sound knowledge in the areas of MS Project, Excel and Visio. The role is to work with the Programme Manager in the support of a complex, client improvment project. The key responsibilities will include maintaining the project plan, tracking multiple streams of work for a virtual project team. - Create agendas, take meeting minutes, create status reports and task lists - Draw project plan extracts, prepare Gantt chart illustrations and dependency diagrams. - Maintain project issues and risk logs following up with business owners as required. As stated, you should have a very good knowledge of MS Project, a minimum of 2 years combined with experience of PowerPoint and Visio. Attention to detail and able to take the initiative and ownership when required. This is initially a temporary position which is expected to run for up to 6 months and will be based in the Glasgow .
