This client are a nationally operating Managed Services firm having offices in every capital city throughout Australia. This firm operates on only the most prestigious client list and are well known as one of the most respectable companies in their field throughout Asia Pacific. Right now we are looking for energetic and technically savvy junior Service Desk analysts to join their team for a 3 month contract likely to extend. Success will be achieved with the right attitude and focus on customer service with willingness to learn within a large technically focused environment. It is essential that successful applicants have some background in IT support and customer service with a bright attitude and enthusiasm for technology. What is on offer is a 3 month Helpdesk opportunity in Sydney’s CBD starting immediately, paying between $20 - $25 per hour. This role involves fantastic technical exposure and an excellent grounding in level 1 IT support. There are multiple contracts available with plenty of possibility extend and go permanent.
