We are going to be hosting videos on a Wowza media server. One of the steps in the process is to create a small web facility for clients to upload video, have it automatically uploaded to & transcoded by zencode.com in the background, then downloaded back to the webserver, updating the user along the way. I've attached a document that outlines my expectations. This is not a complex project, but does require an understanding of PHP, the REST API & some basic HTML & CSS. We won't be judging work on design, as long as the interface is functional to the user. This is a "proof of concept" project. Assuming a good working relationship is created, further development may be done with you.
