Our website sounds TIRED!!! Its due for a design overhaul and a rethink on the tone of text currently being used. We're looking for some help, initially to rewrite our FAQs page. /help/faq.cfm The content is technically accurate but it sounds sooooo boring, so we'd like someone to make it sound less like it was written by IT professionals and more like it is talking to the consumer, the bride, the groom or the parents-to-be. After we've tackled the FAQs there is more work to be done, but we're starting slowly (with one job at a time) and hoping to find someone with the right skill set who is happy to help us out.
