Java Developer (JAVA, MSSQL, HTML) Venn Group has been approached by an international financial organisation to source a self-motivating and assertive Java Developer based in Belfast. The client has recently implemented a new system to monitor transactions on a real time basis for signs of market abuse. The successful Java Developer will be required to carry out development work on the off-the-shelf APAMA application. There will be a heavy focus on developing in-depth knowledge of trade surveillance and an understanding of compliance business needs and APAMA data requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the strategic architecture for the application and the Java Developer MUST have a thorough understanding and hands on experience of APAMA functionality and its integration with MSSQL, JAVA and HTML. You will also have a background in capital markets products such as Equities and Fixed Income.
