Front End Developer New York, NY The client is a media and publishing company focusing in B2B magazines and event management. The company is headquartered in New York with offices in US and UK. This position will be a part of the Web Development team, and be responsible for development on websites owned by the client. Primary Responsibilities * Assist with requirements gathering, analysis and design * Act as a key member of the development team for front-end activities for multiple projects. * Ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks effectively. * Front-end Development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP/JSP. * Coordinate with other developers to work in a collaborative manner * Ability to work with internal and vendors/consultants * Communicate project status, issues, and progress * Maintain stake-holders relations Skills and Requirements * Must have at least two years experience of front-end development experience (Preferably in the space of large, consumer-facing web sites) * Core knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP/Ajax/JSON/JSP. Nice to have includes HTML5/Flash/JQuery.
