An opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Site Provider (MSP) Surveyor to join a market leading Telecoms Company based in Buckinghamshire. As the Multi-Site Provider (MSP) Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing support to the Special Projects Manager to implement and manage the UK property and negotiation strategies for integration of the network, upgrade and capacity programmes with particular focus on Multi-Site Provider (MSP) sites and portfolios. Some of the key responsibilities of the Multi-Site Provider (MSP) Surveyor are: *To manage, negotiate, coordinate and develop contractual arrangements with existing MSPs to support business aims. *Managing and supporting external consultants, as appropriate, in order to deliver MSP portfolios as part of the Integration and upgrade Programmes. *Manipulating data & collating reports, particularly associated with MSP negotiations. *Developing, implementing, and updating reports, procedures and guidelines, particularly relating to MSPs. *Taking responsibility for the implementation of revised process issues and maintenance of the relevant documents as required. *Providing support and advice to the Managed Service Provider as required. *Devising, suggesting, and implementing alternative working methods to support continuous improvement of MSP site delivery. *Assisting the Special Projects Manager in managing strategic property relationships for special projects and multi-site agreements. *Liaising with the Property Team with regards to site data as required *Ensuring data held within the property databases is kept accurate, up-to-date and managed professionally. *Reporting on progress to programme - specifically regarding delivery of HoTs, Permit & Access milestones. The ideal Multi-Site Provider (MSP) Surveyor will have the following key skills: *Prior working knowledge of a telecoms property environment. *Strong background in managing multiple projects across large numbers of sites. *A thorough knowledge of mobile communications network technology *An understanding of MSP relationships, processes and the associated contracts. *Excellent Microsoft Excel skills *The ability to advise and influence peers and senior management *Good negotiation skills *Willingness to travel and work from Buckinghamshire area and various regional offices and outsource partners' offices (UK-wide).
