The video needs to be replicated one with each end as in the photos. The molecule attached before and after needs to be shown in 3d coming in as the one molecule and out as the other three. This cna be done with circular views that zoom in onto the water top and bottom or in and out. The views can then be changed to the electron microscope views of each molecule.
