We are currently looking to recruit care staff to work in a Retirement Home in Tenbury Wells with 28 residents. This is a great opportunity for Care Assistants who are looking for flexible hours and to work with a great team. Shifts are available regularly on a as and when required basis which could work well if you have other commitments such as studies. The role involves caring for the elderly some of which have with disabilities, dementia and Alzheimer's. Successful candidates must have a genuinely caring nature, good interpersonal skills and be able to work on their own initiative. In this role you attend to the physical needs of the residents in your care. This is a rewarding career choice where you can make a real positive difference to peoples lives. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in care work and it is desirable that candidates should have a qualification in health and social care. All applicants must hold a current CRB check and manual handling certificate. We are looking for members of staff to start immediately. The hours of work are on an adhoc basis working on shifts which will include early, late or nights. Monday - Friday and weekends. Rate of pay is 6.50 - 8.00 per hour.
