Seeking an email marketing manager to work in a leading private organisation based in London, must be able to start asap Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver the acquisition, retention and conversion email plans across all our key campaigns Support the marketing planning process for all programmes by contributing to individual campaign plans Work collaboratively with Campaigns, Brand, PR, Outreach, and the wider business to ensure all email marketing activity is aligned with other business activities Manage relationships with campaign managers agencies and freelancers Manage any email budgets, raising purchase orders and managing invoices Proactively find ways to improve Open Rate, Click Through Rate and Unsubscribe Rate Key Skills: Significant hands-on experience in delivering large multi-audience email contact strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, applied through email marketing campaigns A deep understanding of email marketing, including segmentation and testing Good hands-on HTML experience to enable copy and image editing within email templates Email testing methodologies, planning, implementation Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to execute against findings Thinking, planning and executing under pressure Solid experience of reporting against set KPIs and able to demonstrate ROI Line management, objective setting and delegation Working in a busy, multi-product, environment with numerous projects and stakeholders Work history within an education, legal, accounting or professional services organisation A background in B2B and B2C marketing Please send your CV to sarah.garrathy@jobs.hudson.com , where you will receive an automatic response.
