Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position: <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> PC Field Maintenance Technician PC Field Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities · Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment throughout the organization · Includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance · Identifies, researches and resolves technical problems. PC Field Maintenance Technician Skills Required to be considered: · Two + years related experience and/or training · Minimum 2 years experience networking in the TCP/IP LAN/WAN environment desired. · Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook. · Proficient with helpdesk software. · Working knowledge and support of Active Directory. · Working knowledge and support of VPN software. · Working knowledge and support of mobile devices to include tablets, Blackberry's and Android OS smart phones. · Excellent communication and customer service skills.
