Volt are recruiting on behalf of a global FMCG/Pharmaceuticals giant based in West London for a Finance Analyst. Supporting the reporting and consolidation for global alliance arrangements Coordinate and facilitate the quarterly global reconciliation Prepare and coordinate the quarterly estimates Prepare and coordinate the monthly management results Prepare, review and finalise the quarterly global reconciliation through to settlement of any monies owed Coordinate and consolidate the 2013 plan for the Global alliance agreement Coordinating with the local and regional finance teams on deliverables Provide financial support the commercial Brand support team Follow up queries, review results and provide guidance to finance colleagues Review current processes for process improvement initiatives Skillls/Experience Qualified accountant Ability to deal with large volumes of data Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet skills at a macro level essential Analytical skills - ability review data for consistency, accuracy and identify and understand material variances Strong communication skills - verbal and written, to both finance and non-finance colleagues, internal and external Ability to build good relationships with key contacts - build trust, integrity and provide support Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines PLEASE APPLY WITH YOUR CV.
