Business Change Manager - Insurance, Hampshire - £600 - £800 / day One of the worlds leading insurance companies are looking to build a team of internal consultants to lead a number of operational review assignments internally. You will work closely with internal teams of technical and project staff as well as senior CxO exec's to identify and execute research projects. Projects can vary but all will be in line defining and delivering key strategy with the UK general insurance market. The candidate will be responsible for building and forging strong relationship with key stakeholders, building trust and delivering complex change initiatives. You must be extremely good at operating at a senior level and have prior experience working for a large or boutique consultancy in a senior role. To be considered you will have extensive business chance experience, be experienced working as a consultant and ideally have insurance industry experience. The other key points needed for this role are: *Experienced Change Manager with experience advising on large complex programmes. *Experience managing large programmes in political environment. *Experience in Business Analysis with broad business knowledge. *Proven ability to provide strategic solutions that provide business benefit. *Experienced setting change agenda and managing change impacts. *Experienced engaging with all stakeholders to ensure change impacts are recorded and resolved. *Build a strong working relationship with COO/CFO, operational /functional heads and finance directors to enable identification of key value add operational reviews. *Ideally you will have management consultancy experience. (Big 5 beneficial). Personally you will be a disciplined thinker and capable of working across organisational boundaries in a very demanding, high-output environment. You will have outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Must be pro-active, adaptable and results driven. You will be a team player who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, using own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision.
