£24 - £28, 500 p.a. pro rata Full Time – Home based 6 Month Fixed term contract Must be available for July start Thera Trust is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities. An opportunity has arisen for a 6 month contract working along side other Human Resource professionals to provide high quality HR advice, guidance and information to subsidiary companies within the group structure. Working closely with your MD, and with the support of an HR Business Partner, you will be required to deliver an operational employee relations service across the group. You will deal with complex case management situations and will be working on HR projects and initiatives as directed. As an experienced HR professional, you will have a good understanding of all aspects of UK employment law, including recruitment and TUPE regulations. You will demonstrate a proven ability to work independently, manage ER issues, including absence management, and to build robust relationships and influence at all levels of the organisation. The ability to travel throughout UK, with some overnight stop over, is an integral part of this role. You will be highly organised with a good eye for attention to detail; good letter/report writing and PC skills are also essential for this role. Ideally you will already be CIPD graduate or close to successfully completing your studies. Initial interviews will be held on 13th or 18th July 2012. Other/later interview dates can be arranged.
