Any Web Application Server is ok. ·          Development must consist of deployed, large distributed systems across multiple platforms. ·          D evelopment experience on SQL databases (Oracle, DB2 or SQL Server) and XML ·          Should also have experience architecting complex Java web systems for integration of large applications. ·          W eb development experience including HTML, DHTML and other server-side technologies ·          Significant hands-on experience with SOA, Web Services, ·          1 year of Object Oriented design and development ·          Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly ·          Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ·          Strong written and verbal skills from both business and technical perspectives. ·          Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience ·          Preferred Proficiency Certification(s) on one or more programming technologies, or demonstrated subject matter expertise equivalent (example: Sun Certified Java Developer)  ·          Practical application debugging and troubleshooting skills. ·          The candidate must be highly technical and have worked in an enterprise environment. ·          Candidate must have excellent communications and organizational skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Roles & Responsibilities ·          Development of J2EE based secure web applications. ·          Architect, design, code, and implement highly scalable and reliable web applications using Java J2EE technologies. ·          Design and develop applications on Websphere in Java/J2ee. ·          Design and develop efficient batch jobs for transferring large volumes of business data. ·          Develop and deploy applications for various application servers including JBoss and WebSphere.  ·          Develop software components to support data enrichment and transformation in a high traffic transactional data and data warehouse environment. ·          Provide advanced web based solutions through the development of web technologies that include HTML, JSP/JSF, and EJB. The services require high levels of scalability and flexibility across multiple platforms including Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris, and AIX. ·          Ability to work under tight time constraints with changing requirements. ·          Perform unit and integration testing. ·          Investigate and resolve reported defects. ·          Produce high quality software following best practices. ·          Produce excellent, thorough, and concise requirements, design, and development documentation.
