Job Description: The Software Engineer/Developer would be focused on the development and support of our next generation JAVA system running on Websphere ComputeGrid and z/OS. We seek a "team" oriented individual with solid systems analyst and development skills. This individual will be working within a team responsible for the design and development of our next generation document composition engine. Will perform System Analysis as well as design, develop, test and implement stories related to the development of this new system. Qualifications Required: Java Developer with 2-3 years overall development experience Minimum of 1 year of Java Development Minimum of 1 year of SQL experience Excellent communication skills which are necessary to interface with a wide range of internal customers, system and business partners. We require an individual that is self motivated, can work independently or under direction. Experience in developing customer correspondence systems (customer account/financial statements, complex customer communications) is highly preferred. Experience in high volume/high speed laser print environments would be a plus. Graphic design experience could be beneficial to this candidate's success Accuracy and ability to multi-task are required. Strong analytical, testing and debugging skills are necessary. Must be able to succeed in a demanding environment.
