Ajax website (bugs/improvements)
I have a website that was done by a freelancer that had a couple of bugs and improvements he didn't fixed or implemented. I fixed a few of them but there are 5 of them that still need attention. Site is here: http://tinyurl.com/8892mcy And here are the problems that need to be fixed in order of urgency: 1. Client will build a newsletter with direct links for projects inside the website like you can see on this one here: http://tinyurl.com/crnv9tr Right now the way the site was done i guess it doesn't allow deeplinking and this is the first problem that needs to be fixed since the client wants to send a newsletter by next tuesday/wednesday. 2. In IE6 and IE8 the layout is broken and needs to be fixed. 3. Fonts are bolder only on Firefox for mac and i wasn't able to find a fix for this. Fixed it for Safari(Mac) but in Firefox(Mac) font remains bolder.(this is not an essential fix) 4. In the newsletter subscription form, the client wants a confirmation email to be sent to whoever registers his/her email address. (see the way this newsletter form works at http://tinyurl.com/d97gwhw for reference). From what i read this will probably require some kind of MySQL database, i don't know :) 5. Nivo Slider on the homepage stacks all images by brief seconds and it shouldn't do this. The only image that should be visible is the first one. All others should be hidden while loading. Please only bid if you're really able to apply these fixes. There's only some urgency in implementing number 1. You'll have time to implement/correct the remaining ones. Thanks!
