The Muslim community leaders here have decided to translate the Quran using a group of selected people. We need a PHP / MySQL / JQuery / Javascript programmer to create an admin section which organizes a group of people translating the Noble Quran, where an "advanced-user" will suggest translation for each Verse of the Quran, and "regular users" will vote and comment, and the "super-admin" will choose the final selection of translations. Full specification for the project is attached with this post. The project relies heavily on JS / PHP. You "Must" be able to write Javascript codes from scratch if needed.. as well as be highly proficient with PHP/MySQL. We highly appreciate Clean Commented Code only!
