R&D Manufacturing: Lead the development of highly capable manufacturing processes for new and existing products through frequent interaction with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering, and Production Operations. Develop and coordinate the execution of process characterization and validation plans. Support manufacturing continuous improvement projects. Ensure all Process Development Engineering elements of the PDP for new products meet the needs of each group within operations. Provide mentoring for more junior technical staff. May have supervisory responsibility for technician staff. Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards Code of Conduct. Other duties as assigned or required   QC Inspector: Inspect and test production assemblies, finished product, and packaging.  Complete and maintain documentation. Apply quality control inspection methods to inspect and test production assemblies, finished product and packaging. Use appropriate instruments, tools, gauges, and methods for quality control testing. Complete documentation of test and inspection results. Medical Assemblers: Under supervision, assemble medical products following Quality System Regulations Follow clean room procedures. Assemble product according to QSR’s, MPs and other applicable company procedures, Package and label product. Use of various inspection tools, including microscopes calipers, and other inspection equipment Knowledge of inspection and sampling methods.
