Establish an understanding of the CM System and the Data maintained within it. Maintain a working understanding of SAP and other CM software control systems. Establish and maintain BOM updates within the CM System and SAP material master. Maintain a working understanding of the Engineering Instruction (EI) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) used within the CM System. Assign standard control document numbers in accordance to published procedures. Notify applicable parties of the controlled release of documents. Perform data entry and verification tasks within SAP materials master and bills of material master associated with CM System or as directed by CM supervisor. Maintain all controlled document files within the CM System such as the CM Database, Assigned numbers file, Document Release file, and all support files. Keep appropriate documents organization and readily available to all SDE support teams. Prepare Configuration Control change packets as necessary for CCB.
