Description: ·          Work with the BT Learning Colleagues to manage the BAU/Project financials ·          Complete monthly accruals ·          Create and/or track purchase orders ·          Manage SOW approvals and reconcile to invoices ·          Work with BT Learning Team to facilitate ELC documentation and Learning Governance ·          Create/maintain ELC/CoE Agenda/action list ·          Monitor and facilitate ELC - change control requests process ·          Track and obtain required documentation signatures ·          Post required items to BT Learning team SharePoint site ·          Monthly updating of Learning SharePoint site ·          Responsible for on/off boarding of BAU/Project resources. ·          Knowledge of Learning systems and standard Learning processes a plus ·          Expertise in standard MS tools/SharePoint/Adobe ·          Must be proficient in all basic functionality of MS Excel ·          An understanding of SDLC concept; Attention to detail ·          Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously ·          Has the ability to plan, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities ·          Knowledge of Learning systems and standard Learning processes a plus ·          Experience working on cross functional teams in a highly collaborative environment ·          Can do attitude ·          Self-starter ·          Previous experience in the following is strongly preferred: GIDM, Ariba, HR Source, Resource Scheduler, GNOSIS, MSB, SharePoint, Computron SAP, WebEx   Please Note: Submit your resume through this posting.
