App for data collection for marketing  We need a app that we can run on an iPad or android pad device at point of sale in our retail store.  We simply want to show a marketing screen eg.  A competition  An offer  I would want a button to enter the competition or offer.  On pressing this button it would ask for the customers email address and maybe 3-5 other questions. Once the questions are completed the customer would see for example a thank you screen. The data would then be saved for us to use.  Storage  of the data.  I don't mind in what way this is stored  but it would have to be stored in a way that could be easily transferred to a PC in the form of a spreadsheet.
