Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative role is located in East Amherst, New York. Our client is looking for people to take inbound phone calls and document the callers' information using a script, perform outbound calls to obtain medical information from providers, and perform administrative system work related to disability claims. The exact hours of the shifts are yet to be determined and may change throughout the course of the assignment. Duties: Consistently completes all intake process and maintains clear and accurate claim documentation Support achievement of virtual call center metrics as reported on a monthly basis Works across boundaries to identify, share and utilize available resources Maintains positive customer relationships with external constituents while managing expectations including timely resolution of inquiries Maintains positive customer relationships with external constituents and internal departments, while managing expectations including timely resolution of inquiries Works across boundaries to identify, share and utilize available resources Actively identifies and implements process efficiencies to increase productivity To qualify, you must have the following requirements: Strong call center experience (documented on resume) Must be flexible with scheduling; 40 hours a week/Mon- Friday Hours will fluctuate depending on location; most likely will be 9:00am-6:30pm. Training is 4 weeks, Mon-Fri (class to start 7/23/12).
