Network Tester Herndon, VA 6 to 8+ months Job Description: We are looking for an integration & test engineers to join client’s QA Wireless team. He or she will be a key contributor on a multi-functional team of wireless “Core” configuration, Integration, and operational support for 802.11a/b/g/n based Access Point / Wi-Fi radio based commercial network. Roles & Responsibilities: 10+ years in network design, Integration and maintenance experience of Wireless system such as L2 switches / Routers / Aggregators Configuration of “Core” network Develop test strategies Develop test cases and test plans, Expertise in creating test plans for system level subsystem level and feature level testing. Cisco certification: CCIE/CCNP network certificate is a plus Someone who had worked for wireless operators ( 3G / 4G / WiMAX/ Wi-Fi) in the areas of end to end testing . Device and Application centric , with strong MIP and IPV4/6 experience (L1 & L2 through End to end). Should have good understanding of RF layer (PHY & MAC – Layers 1 &2 ) through Layer 7 .
