JavaScript simulations, etc. Business Type: International Real Estate group specializing in Investment Properties and Luxury homes & Estates based in La Jolla, CA (San Diego, CA) Business Brand/slogan: “Re-think Real Estate” Business Brand/slogan Notes: I would like this considered for the design of your submissions BUT I may change the slogans over time so using this slogan is not necessary in the final files. It would be nice to see in the sample you provide for spacing/orientation purposes. Business Name: “The Matt Magee Group” Business name notes: I DO NOT want the whole name in one line horizontally so here are examples of options for your process (see attached “logo examples” document). I am okay with placing “The” or “Group” above or below the name, sidewise, etc. Theme of Logo: The name is important visually more than anything you’ll add to it. We leverage technology to keep on the cutting edge so ideas that incorporate this element might work. Lowercase verses upper case is okay, modern and fun twists are also appreciated. Colors to Use: I am open to various colors. I like color combos that pop! I am more angled to at least one color being a dark tone.. IMPORTANT: I will be using a frosted plastic business card. Use of Avatars: I do not want a house or building incorporated into the designs. I am open to other lines, boxes/symbols/etc. Final Note: I had a contest up before, for this logo, but people were not reading the brief e.g. houses and buildings were appearing all over  -I am easy to work with - just ask questions and respond to my feedback if unclear. thanks for reading this and good luck!
