A form for installers to use to record details of each installation. For example, Date, Client, Vehicle type, Veh. registration/stock number, veh. asset number, System make/model, Serial number, Antenna VSWR, Parts used, photos, audio notes etc. Each input field should be on its own page. Once fields are complete, the last page should show complete form for quick scan for errors before hitting submit. On submit, the data needs to be sent to central database to be readable/editable on excel spreadsheet. Should also include links to .jpeg and .wav files that are also stored in database separately. When "Client" field matches previous entry, the new entry should be listed in excel directly below the previous entry for that client. Needs to be built for both iphone and android platforms.
