MI Analyst Lead 3 Month Contract Northampton £300 per day Limited Rate My client is looking to employ a MI Analyst Lead for 3 months with the potential for extending up to 6 months. THE ROLE To lead the management information work within the Housing Directorate in order to develop the high-level and detailed demand management model. To obtain, analyse and compile management information to support the creation of the new Gateway service delivery model as directed by the Business Transformation Manager. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Experienced and skilled in the design of staffing models in a multi-skilled environment. Experienced and skilled in the design of work forecast and staffing budgets. Good working knowledge of service delivery disciplines and systems that support it, operations and customer access services and channels. Fully understands service level models and the impact on staffing requirements Able to demonstrate strong problem solving, investigative and analytical skills Proficient at communicating, verbally and in writing with a wide range of audiences including stakeholders, colleagues, partners and employees.
