SITE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST  There are 2 open positions in the Michigan market that are going to be at least 6 months on contract with the possibility to go permanent.  Requirements: Experience performing Site Acquisition for cell site construction. Experience with zoning, permitting, and leasing. Candidate should have experience working with landlords and assisting the Site Acquisition Manager in compiling SCIP packages for different cell sites.  Additional experience interpreting and negotiating leases. Experience preparing Notice to Proceed packages.
