Director - Business Development - IT Consulting New York, NY Position:- Business Development Manager (IT Consulting / Staffing) Location:- New York, NY JOB DECRIPTION Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to secure new business in NY and NJ. Develop new client accounts (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for IT staffing Consulting sales business in USA Understand prospective clients business objectives and match those with deliverable Proven experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals. Develop and manage full life-cycle account and sales plans from proposal presentation through closing clients on selecting us as a service provider. Act as the primary interface between Company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements. Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment. Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions. Ability to work effectively in team environments. Regularly communicate with the recruiting team to identify highly place able candidates/employees to place with target accounts. KEY SKILLS 15 years of experience in NY/NJ IT market across differnt verticals. A minimum of 10 years of experience in New Business Development / Account Management Develops sales plans/approaches in NY and NJ Must be ready to hit the ground running on Day 1. MUST HAVE ACTIVE ROLODEX OF DIRECT CLIENTS AT TIER 1 TO PLACE OUR IT CONSULTANTS IN NY/NJ Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Terminologies and IT Technolgies and up-to-date with last trends in IT Industry. Proven track record of consistently generating and boost revenues. Must have prior experience for IT Staffing/Recruitment and Consulting company. Primary focus of this position is of an individual contributor PACKAGE $150K base/year + 15 percent of Gross Revenue (generated through your contacts) + Bonus Vacation/Sick Days/Personal Days Flexible working hours Telecommute Possible
