Hi I need an h.264 encoder and decoder library for Windows Phone 7 / Windows 8. The requirements are as follows: * Implemented in pure managed code and independent of hardware / CPU architecture as a .NET dll library + VS .NET 2010 source code project * Encode / decode 1 minute of a video stream in less than 15 seconds (10 seconds is more preferable) on any mainstream Windows Phone 7 device (Nokia Lumia 710, Samsung Omnia W I8350). * Allow access to raw (decoded) frame image data for modification using an IOC pattern with an interface * Support reading from given MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14) containers respecting the audio-stream and writing to new MP4 containers * Allow cutting the stream in a given point (in sync with AAC audio stream) * Export a key frame closest to a given point on timeline to an image * Has to be able to report progress Desired Skills: .NET C# Windows Phone Keywords: Other IT & Programming, Phone, C#, Window, .NET
