Resident Liaison Officer urgently required to join site team on major decent homes refurbishment project. You must have a background in social housing / decent homes type projects with proven experience in dealing with clients / customers face to face. You will be organised, well presented, approachable and diplomatic. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants across several high rise and low rise blocks.
