Muck, Tack & Groom - The Horse Care Specialists M. T & G are an exciting Equestrian Company that have taken an innovative approach to their service delivery. AND we are now recruiting!! We are looking for people with equine experience, must be riding and turnout to a standard of BHS A1 as a minimum. We are looking for experienced grooms who are willing to work around the UK and Europe at short notice and for short periods of time (part time & live in temporary). M.T & G believe that we are unique as we ‘employ’ and ‘provide’ our staff to deliver a flexible and full service to our customers. Other equine recruitment companies ‘recruit’ and ‘supply’ staff that the customer then is solely responsible for vetting, training and employing which may be an ideal approach if they are looking for longer term staffing solutions but what if they just need to cover sickness of their retained workers? Or they need an extra pair of hands at key times of the year? Do they want the hassle of recruiting & vetting people for just a few days or weeks? NO? Then M.T & G are the perfect staffing solution for them. ALL staff supplied by M.T & G are interviewed in person, screened, referenced and trained and competency assessed. But just as importantly, you, our workforce will be supported and managed on an ongoing basis. A few things you need to know: • We need staff to work full and part-time and live-in (temp) • Although you would be employed by MT&G you would not be on a set salary you would be paid for the hours that you work only – so the more flexible you are able to be the more work we will be able to offer you • Our customers are owners of livery yards, polo clubs, stud farms etc...WE DO NOT HAVE OUR OWN STABLES • You must be willing to travel to different customers Interested?
