Looking for a Virtual PA, for administration, marketin , management and sales for a Male Massage practice in Birmingham. All services can be done virtually. (UK based) £400 monthly + comission of 10% on sales over £4k business turneover Last 2 months turnover was close to £8k, without doing any sales on the phone or working on marketing, so business has pretension of grow if market is done with effort. this is a permanent job Tasks include: _Answering enquires and booking appointments: Lines are open from 10am to 10pm, monday to friday and weekends 10am to 6pm - sometimes we have 20 calls sometimes 1 or 4. Bookings at moment is around 10 to 15 per week. _dealing with masseur -buying products on line --sales on the phone to current clients and on enquires -marketing (post advertizes on line, send texts messages through our telefone system) _cash flow The ideal person for this roll has to be female, fluent in English language, friendly, confident, able to use word, excell, booking and telefone systems etc. Communicative and with expertise in sales. Has to work in the office environment at least during the day (week days) and have other clients a part of us as we do understand that the person will have to be available to answer the enquires for 12 hours a day, but can be doing a great useful of the time. The person has to be confortable talking to males about personal massages. The business has a telefone system setted and we will provide a mobile device to receive our business numbers.
