A temporary Secretary is required to work on a 9 month FTC for a large law firm based in Newcastle. The successful candidate will join the Clinical Risk & Healthcare team, therefore experience in a similar role would be beneficial. All standard secretarial duties will be involved such as; uploading documents to the Intranet, preparing correspondence, answering and making calls, diary management, scheduling meetings, closing files, booking seminars, etc. Candidates applying for the role should have excellent typing skills with strong use of MS Office Applications. Previous experience working in Clinical / Medical Negligence would be beneficial. The closing date for this vacancy is 24th Jul 2012.
