Position: Marketing Assistant Reports to: International Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Location: London office Job Purpose : To provide administrative support to the marketing team and event organizing. Responsibilities: · Manage events across the UK and international as well as manage the events budgets. · Liaise with third party suppliers and organisers and provide marketi ng support to regional offices. · Responsible for stock management. · Updating collateral where needed as well as ensuring sales and customer collateral requests are fulfilled by working closely with our mailing house. · Provide administrative support to other members of the marketing team across a range of marketing activities · Manage website, upload content on monthly basis · Ad hoc duties as directed by International Marketing Manager · Manage budget · Website CMS Personal Attributes: · good commun ication, written and verbal · Dreamweaver experience necessary · good organisational and planning skills · the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines · good attention to detail and accuracy · MS Office - good word, excel and PPT skills · knowledge of marketing techniques · self motivation · the ability to be a team player · Event management skills
