Through innovations in attractive technological niche markets, the HOERBIGER Group sets standards and delivers cutting-edge solutions for the benefit of its customers.   HOERBIGER Corporation of America Inc., is the manufacturing center for the Americas Region with plants located in Pompano Beach, FL and Houston TX supplying all products to our OEM customers in the North and South American Cotenant.   We currently have an opening for a Junior Buyer at our Houston, TX manufacturing facility.    The Junior Buyer compiles information and records to prepare purchase orders for procurement of material by performing the following duties:   • Extract and analyze purchase and usage data in MRP system to support decision-making.   • As directed, execute and monitor purchases on a timely basis for assigned commodities to support on-going production   efforts.  Proactively manage material deliveries as required to support production and shipment needs.   • Assist Senior buyer and or buyer to maintain and monitor supplier metrics to monitor delivery and quality performance.   • Monitor and ensure compliance with proper SAP transactional discipline for the purchasing functions.   • As directed, maintain SAP Source List and Info Records for all assigned commodities.
