Job Description: Looking for Mortgage Loan Processors, Loan Closer and Loan Auditors in the Westmont/ Downers Grove Area! Candidate will work closely with Mortgage Advisors to provide an exceptional mortgage experience to their high net worth clients. The Preliminary Specialist is required to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner. These tasks include but are not limited to the validation and accuracy of the application, generating the preliminary loan package, ordering the appraisal and selecting the title company. The position entails utilizing various systems as well as maintaining pipelines and workflow queues to prioritize deal flow. Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of processing experience is a must: 3 to 5 years of processing experience *Assists the processor with obtaining release deeds, payoff demands, homeowner's insurance, and subordination agreements. *May also assist with obtaining other miscellaneous documents pertaining to the loan file. *Will be responsible for entering various types of data into software applications. *Understands the importance of and displays a sense of urgency. *Ensures vendor work is being completed and returned to the correct processor. *Process withdrawn and denied loans.
