Job Description ECC HR SAP Tester Northfield, IL Extensive hands on experience with SAP HR/HCM payroll system Has been through life cycle implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll Multiple years of experience as payroll SME or payroll leader of the SAP HR/HCM Payroll system and payroll service operations. Participated and has deep knowledge about SAP payroll processing and Year end testing in SAP HR/HCM payroll implementations. Ability to document process and build test cases/scripts. Ability to reconcile/validate test results with the business requirements. Ability to work across multiple teams consisting of a mix of a large integrator, FTEs as well as independent consultants at both on and offshore model.
