My client is a world leading Advertising company based in Central London who are now looking for a Finance Analyst. You will be supporting the CFO in managing the day to day reporting and planning of the financial and operational activities of the business. Some of your responsibilities will be include working with the Resourcing Director and Client Management team to set, monitor and report on pitch investment budgets, forecast and monitor job profitability, intervening where appropriate to maximise profitability, forecast and monitor individual utilisation, working with discipline heads to achieve balanced demand on resource, reviewing and investigating unbilled time and write-offs, continuously review company operations to identity and develop opportunities for streamlining and improved efficiency, calculating and reviewing rate cards, supporting client management with pricing decisions, supporting CFO on contractual negotiations. You will also do the review and finalise all KPI and dashboard reporting, write and compile monthly commentary on Operations performance, support production of quarterly forecast and annual plans. Work with Controller and NY office to develop use of Maconomy accounting system across the business. The ideal candidate will have an Advertising background and preferably have used Maconomy.
