We require a web-based insurance database to be used internally. (i) It should have pre-formatted policy templates for fire, motor and miscellaneous product lines; (ii) It needs to generate third party documents based on entered details as above eg. customer invoice, third party docs etc. (iii) Based on certain inputs from (i), needs generate monthly summary reports. (iv) Provide basic measurement metrics on a monthly and continuous basis for monitoring. (v) Be able to browse based on policy number or family/ company name - Find all existing policies and lodged claims. (vi) Be able to annotate and include notes to policies for better customer servicing (vii) Provide time-based notifications before policy expiry.
