As the end of this academic year draws to a close Vision Teaching are looking to increase their supply pool of teachers for when schools goes back in September. We understand that although supply teaching has it peaks, it often creates a financial worry for teachers as the work isn�t always guaranteed. Well this September Vision Teaching have a limited number of guaranteed work contracts for Primary teachers looking for work in the central North London area. The guaranteed contract means that candidates can be certain of 5 supply days per week, in the unlikely event that a teacher isn�t provided 5 days Vision Teaching will still pay the candidate for any days missed. The successful candidates will be working in a cluster of primary schools in one area, which means that both teacher and student are able to build continuity with each other. This has shown to help with student behaviour and progression in their work. This is still substitute teaching, which requires teachers to be flexible and locally based, contracts are available in the boroughs of Haringey, Islington, Camden, Hackney and Waltham Forest. We have a limited number of these contracts available for Primary Teachers.
