We are looking for a bright and outgoing, preferably experienced, Receptionist to cover maternity leave in a lively business centre based in central Glasgow. The successful candidate will have good communication skills and a friendly manner, be comfortable dealing with clients both on the telephone and face to face and be able to work well within a small close knit team. In addition, you must have good IT skills and be able to plan and prioritize work effectively. Accuracy and attention to detail is of paramount importance. Duties involve meeting and greeting customers and their clients, answering calls for a variety of businesses and passing on accurate information, organizing meetings and setting up meeting rooms, dealing with problems which may arise on behalf of clients, sorting mail and general administrative duties..
