Job Description: Greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone system - transferring calls, messages etc. Coordinating the office's day to day operations including maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Ensuring a clean organized working environment for the entire office. Collaborating with management and administrative team on variety of projects. Provide light housekeeping - including kitchen and supply order. Must be flexible and available for occasional over time. Providing additional general office support as needed. Job Experience: This position requires a minimum of 1+ Years experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Coordinator. Experience with multi-line phone system, transferring calls, taking messages, welcoming customers.
