Responsibilities: Maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) database Scheduling, selecting resources, & defining department and firm deliverables Communication to Team and Organization: creating communication plans & writing communication pieces Responsible for data mining and demographic segmentation Meet with attorneys and practice group leaders to assess their individual needs, devise detailed training plans, and discuss new ideas for SOPs to improve cross marketing leads Skills and Educational Requirements: Minimum 2 Years of Experience Experience working with database management Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills Detail oriented; well organized; requires minimum supervision Strong computer skills including Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook
