Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize Experis's implementation methodology Required PeopleSoft Skills: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience -Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead -Minimum of four years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience with experience in one of the following: PeopleSoft Financials, Procurement, eProcurement and Supply Chain -PeopleSoft 9.0 or higher experience required Leadership Skills: -Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments -Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues Consulting Skills: -Communicates clearly and effectively with customers, Experis Account Executives and Experis Management -Consistently produces clear, concise status reports -Builds confidence and trust with customers -Displays effective analytical skills
