Kforce Staffing is currently looking for a Corporate Training Coordinator to work with one of our San Antonio, Texas clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative support to Corporate Training Coordination of travel schedules Preparation and coordination of all meetings and training sessions Coordinate video conferences between markets as needed Design templates for the report creators and maintain training reports as needed Assist with any clerical and maintenance duties required by Corporate Training team Provide project support as needed Provide market trainer support Coordinate and deliver training for New or Existing Trainers as needed ELM Assist Trainers with monthly training calendars Ensure rosters and grades are submitted within specified timelines Assist Trainers, as needed with the completion of any ELM duties Work with the On-line Compliance Training System Daily process files Perform maintenance of employee lockouts and re-sets as requested Assist with the development, maintenance and delivery of training modules Maintain Training Team Site Manage and update market trainer action items Market trainer meetings and training initiatives Maintain training document library Corporate Training Coordinator Experience / Skills Required: Analytical and problem solving skills Must be detail oriented Maintain organization while multi-tasking Proficient in Microsoft Office programs MS Word skills MS Excel skills PowerPoint experience PeopleSoft experience Ability to communicate effectively with Market Trainers and Senior-level Bank Officers Effective oral and written skills Must be a self-starter that requires little supervision Must work well independently or in a team environment High energy 'We Do More' type of positive attitude Ability to lead and direct the work of others Preferred Qualifications, but not required: ELM (Enterprise Learning Management) SharePoint Live Meeting Captivate Training Retail banking experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus (not required)
