Ballistix specializes in outsourced sales operations and marketing support. This involves everything from scheduling appointments for sales people to comprehensive marketing support. We are now looking for a list compilation researcher to build marketing campaign lists under our guidance. How it will work: We will give you the search criteria: Typically, we will ask you to research the contact details of key decision makers in nominated industries. These details include first name, last name, position title, company, email address, postal address and phone number. We will give you a starting list: This list may be an export from a current database requiring additional research and validation; an industry list of company names; or an industry specific website or online publication. We will outline our recommended list compilation process: Prior to commencing work, we will give you a link to a Youtube video outlining our suggested list research compilation approach. For example, we may ask you to start with an industry website to find company names; followed by a visit to each company website and/or online networking sites such as Linked-In. In some cases, a phone call to validate contact details may be required. (Of course, your expert input on the optimal research strategy will be much appreciated!) We will give you a google spreadsheet to populate: Most times you will complete a google spreadsheet with our nominated column headers. In some cases, you may be given limited access to the leads section of a CRM for data entry. We will give you a Pretty May account: We will give you access to our Pretty May account iIn instances where contacts must be called in order to collect or verify key data (e.g. email address). We will expect you to meet agreed timelines and objectives. For example, our brief may ask you to research 50 contacts from a certain region and industry within a designated date period. If you accept the job, we expect the job to be completed on-time and with acceptable accuracy. What we can offer you We have clients all over Australia and the USA requiring ongoing list compilation. Do the job well and earn our trust, and there's every possibility of turning this job into a full-time outsourced role. We also have considerable expertise in marketing campaigns and list research criteria; meaning clear, succinct and well articulated briefs. In addition, we work with many elance contractors and are familiar on how to manage contractor partnerships that are fair and equitable to both parties. Our preference is to pay an hourly rate and agree on acceptable number of contacts that can realistically be researched per hour. (We understand that some lists may take longer to compile than others.) What we need from you Ballistix operates both in the USA and Australia. Some phone work to confirm key decision maker contacts may be required. Accordingly, you must be available during standard Australian and USA business hours and speak fluent English. Other criteria include: A Skype account (and a willingness to chat with us on it). Attention-to-detail (we will be checking lists) A google account (so you can access our google docs) A reliable internet connection The ability to think laterally and track down those valuable names! Our preference is for a sole operator that can work closely with Balistix and, ultimately, feel part of the team.
