agile, scrum, TDD, OOD, SOA, vb.net Lead Developer A large organisation undergoing a multi million ££ transformation programme is currently seeking to hire a strong Lead Developer on a 6month contract. To be considered for this it is important that you have a background in agile development, used to working in a scrum orientated environment with a continuous integration and TDD focused approach. Furthermore they are utilising an OOD, n-tier set up with the development code written in vb.net with an Oracle backend. Experience in VB.Net is essential, however Oracle would be seen as desirable. To be considered, skills in SOA, MVC and WCF would be seen as desirable. This is an exciting role providing the professional and technical support for a team of agile developers, providing technical leadership and direction on OO design and build, defining and enforcing OO standards and guidelines. you will also oversee the full lifecycle development activities including, technical design, development, test; release and implementation on programmes of work, ensuring consistency and integrity across the design elements This is a 6month contract with potential extension's. rate is negotiable depended on skill set and is competitive so please apply for further information.
